Our History
Treswell Village Hall has proudly served the community for over 50 years. Built through local fundraising and dedication, it has stood as a symbol of village spirit, resilience, and togetherness through generations.
Treswell Village Hall opens
Construction of the hall is complete and Treswell open their doors, becoming a community social hub.
First Big Event
The hall hosts it’s first big events - setting traditions that continue today.
Refurbishment & Extension
An extension is added to include a kitchen and improved restrooms, allowing for larger gatherings.
Parish Ownership Fromalised
Management of the hall is transferred to the Treswell Village Hall Committee.
Roof Repairs & Interior Refresh
A village appeal funds a new roof, redecoration, and upgraded seating, keeping the hall safe.
Energy Efficiency Upgrades
Heating and lighting systems are modernised with support from local council grant, improving facilities.
